Program Management
H2Bravo’s Program Management Team works with clients to manage day to day operations for large-scale programs. H2Bravo’s capabilities in this arena include developing and deploying data management systems, deploying case management and call center teams to work with the public, managing back-office eligibility and financial reviews, assessing damaged properties, performing environmental reviews, and managing the delivery of projects through completion. H2Bravo’s approach emphasizes production and schedule management to ensure the completion of projects in an efficient manner. This service line is led by Heather Brothers and Jen Smith, who have effectively managed disaster response and recovery programs in multiple locations for both public and private sector clients.
Construction Management
H2Bravo’s Construction Management Team brings a depth of knowledge to clients looking to implement successful government-funded construction programs for both single and multifamily residential projects. Our capabilities include developing and organizing construction projects, providing pre-construction services, providing both back-office and field support during construction, and managing post-construction tasks such as permit closeout and warranty servicing. H2Bravo’s Construction Management Team is spearheaded by Chad Herndon whose years of experience and dedication to large-scale construction projects make him uniquely suited to this role. Chad is a natural leader who has led teams on a variety of projects including the relocation New Orleans Charity Hospital after Hurricane Katrina, as well as managing the repair and reconstruction of tens of thousands of individual homes after some of the largest disasters in United States history.
Program Support
H2Bravo’s Program Support Team is dedicated to embedding with clients to help them develop and manage a variety of program types. Services include program development, compliance, closeout, and financial management. H2Bravo not only creates the tools and processes to facilitate program success, it also stands ready to deploy experienced personnel who can use those tools and processes to make our client’s vision a reality. This practice area is led by Kyndal Bruce and Reid Bruce, who have spent much of their careers working directly with government agencies and some of the country’s best known program management firms to solve a variety of complex problems.
